President and CEO - ADVINT, LLC

Co-founder of ADVINT; a veteran owned small business system integrator of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) automatic test systems for military and commercial applications for factory to field support.  Responsible for new business development, program management and contracts.

VP of Operations - Aeroflex Powell, Inc.

Directed Aeroflex's synthetic test system product line including the TRM1000 Universal RF Test System, STI1000 Satellite Test Instrument, and AccSynt modular microwave test system.

Program Director - BAE Systems

Executive management of avionics support for the B-2 stealth bomber, C-5 transport, GBU-15/AGM-130 smart weapon.  Also directed development of commercial software products TOP TEST development tool, and TPS Recycler software translator.

Program Manager - GDE Systems, Inc

General management of dedicated low-cost Test Program Set (TPS) development facility.  Lead multiple avionics support programs for the B-1B bomber, B-2 stealth bomber, C-5 transport, GBU-15/AGM-130 smart weapon guided munitions, and SINCGARS radio.

Project Manager - General Dynamics

Established GD's Columbus Operation, and managed the development of the Sparrow guided missile TPS development for units/modules from the weapon system.

Systems Engineer - General Dynamics

Perform systems engineering task for the development of avionics support capability for the B-1B bomber.

Captain - United States Air Force

Systems engineer for A-10 Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and Test Program Set (TPS) development oversight for avionic support of the A-10 attack aircraft.  Also lead development of Modular Automatic Test Equipment (MATE) industry standards for test system interface control.
